Registration for Peconic Dunes Sea Adventures Day Camp 2024 Coming Soon

  • 1. Log into the registration system prior to registration to confirm your username and password! You can also update your camper’s information if you wish.

    2. Things that you need handy before starting registration:

    3. The credit card you will use to pay for camp.

    a. Your health insurance information

    b. The date of your camper’s last physical (needs to be within 24 months of camp).

    c. A photo of your camper on the computer you will be using to register. (You can upload the photo later but it’s easier to do it now.)

    4. You will need to pay a $150 non-refundable deposit for each camp session at registration. See our website for full refund policy.

    5. Once you start the registration process, you will select the session(s) you are looking to register for. While you are actively enrolling, you will not lose your spot in the session. (Breath) If the system goes idle for 10 minutes, you will not be holding those weeks and will need to re-select weeks.

    6. During the registration process, you will sign all the waivers and complete your camper’s medical history. You will need to upload your camper’s immunization records which you can do now or later. No camper will be permitted at camp without immunization records on file.

  • Make Friends

    One of the great benefits of summer camp is the opportunity to make friendships that last a lifetime. Every activity at Sea Adventures strives to build caring relationships between every member of the camp community. Camp traditions also reinforce positive relationships and provide lasting memories.

    Be Healthy

    We encourage campers to maintain their health throughout the week by stopping for hydration breaks, applying sunscreen before any outdoor activities, eating adequate meals/snacks. In addition to individual health, Sea Adventures Marine Camp fosters environmental stewardship in our campers so they are invested in the health of the world around them.

    Sea Adventures Marine Camp offers summer experiences like no other while focusing on unique educational experiences with our marine adventurers. Each week includes interactive salt marsh explorations, ecology hikes, seining, beach clean-ups, art and science integration projects and time in our touch tank room!

    Have Fun

    We believe everyone learns best when they’re having fun. No one makes camp more fun than an enthusiastic counselor. Our staff shares their passions and interests in an engaging and enjoyable way.

  • Important! The following items are not permitted at camp: cell phones or any other technology; aerosol sprays; and weapons of any kind. Be sure to clearly label your child’s belongings!

    Day Campers should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing: shorts, t-shirt, either sneakers or other closed-toe shoe, and water shoes or sandals for water activities.

    *Please note: Campers that come to camp without water shoes will not be permitted to participate in water activities. This is for the health and safety of our campers.

    Each Day Camper should bring a backpack with the following items:

    • Refillable water bottle clearly labeled with camper’s name*

    • Lunch (nut-free please!)**

    • Bathing suit (2x)

    • Beach towel

    • Hat (optional)

    • Change of clothes

    • Rain gear (if needed)

    • Sunscreen (non-aerosol)

    • Insect repellent (non-aerosol)

    *Campers MUST bring a refillable water bottle that is clearly labeled with the camper’s name. The camp does not provide one.

    **No refrigeration available. Please pack with an ice pack if necessary.

    The camp is not responsible for lost or missing personal property. Do not bring expensive or irreplaceable items to camp.

Southold, NY

Do you have what it takes to be a marine adventurer? At Sea Adventures Marine camp, campers explore different Long Island coastal habitats from the sea floor to the salt marsh and everything in between. Hosted at CCE Marine Program’s flagship waterfront facility in Southold, your camper will be right in the hub of many of our marine program projects including the habitat restoration, aquaculture, SPAT, water quality and citizen science program areas. Campers will also have the opportunity to enjoy the beach for water-based recreational activities!
